| 摘 要： | 目的有效地保护好中药的知识产权。方法比较与分析中药专利保护和中药品种保护这两种制度的差异,并提出利用这两种制度一些建议。结果这两种制度各有其优势与不足。结论应灵活运用好这两种制度,以便达到对中药知识产权的最佳保护。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo protect the intellectual property of Chinese Medicine(CM) effectively.MethodsThe discrepancy of the patent protection system for CM and the kind protection system for CM were compared and analyzed,and some suggestions were provided in this paper.Results & ConclusionPatent protection system for CM and the kind protection system for CM both have their advantages and disadvantages,so the intellectual property of CM should be protected effectively through taking advantage of these two systems ingeniously. |
