关节灵治疗三痹及对患者血清ESR、CRP、MMP-3水平的影响

目的观察关节灵治疗三痹的临床疗效及对三痹患者血清ESR、CRP、MMP-3水平的影响.方法将56例三痹患者随机分为关节灵组(28例)和雷公藤组(28例).观察组口服关节灵煎剂,对照组口服雷公藤片.两组均以4周为一疗程,观察1个疗程.结果关节灵活疗三痹临床总有效率为85.71%,与雷公藤(89.29%)比较无明显差异(P＞0.05).关节灵可以有效降低患者血清ESR、CRP、MMP-3水平,与雷公藤比较无明显差异(P＞0.05).临床应用中未发现不良反应,安全性明显优于雷公藤(不良反应发生率为46.3%).结论关节灵有较好的镇痛、抗炎、免疫调节作用,临床应用治疗三痹有较好的临床疗效,安全性明显优于雷公藤.

Clinical Study of Guanjieling Treating SanBI Blockage Disease and Effect of the Level of ESR, CRP, MMP-3 in Patients'''' Serum

Objective Clinical observation of Guanjieling Treating SanBI Blockage Disease and assess the effect of the level of ESR, CRP and MMP-3 in SanBI Blockage Disease patients' blood serum. Methods We selected 56 patients of SANBI blockage disease, applying Guanjieling (GJL) to treat 28 patients (treating group), contrasted with common threewingnut root tablet (CTRT) to treat 28 patients (contrasting group). Results GJL's total valid rate is 85.71%, near CTRT's 89.29% (P>0.05); GJL can significantly lower the level of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C reaction protein (CRP) and matrix metalloproteinases-3 (MMP-3), and there was not significant difference when compared to with CTRT (P>0.05). There was not side effect for clinical application. The safety of GJL is better than CTRT. Conclusion The treating effect of GJL could be certain. GJL has the function of relieving pain, anti-inflammatory and adjusting immunity. Clinical application for GJL had no side effect. The safety of GJL is better than CTRT.
