| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨十二指肠乳头旁憩室炎的X线诊断特点及临床意义。方法:回顾性分析38例经病理证实的十二指肠乳头旁憩室炎的X线表现。结果:十二指肠乳头旁憩室炎的X线特点为:①憩室边缘毛糙(28例);②憩室与周围脏器粘连,边缘不规则(17例);③憩室或(和)邻近肠管有激惹征(11例);④憩室内黏膜皱襞增粗(9例);⑤憩室内侧壁见透亮影(5例)。结论:上消化道气钡双重造影和十二指肠低张造影是诊断十二指肠乳头旁憩室炎的主要方法,掌握其X线特点并作出明确诊断,可为临床治疗提供客观依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the X-ray diagnosis character and clinical significance of duodenal diverticulitis.Methods Analyze the character of 38 cases duodenal diverticulitis in X-ray,which were confirmed by pathology.Results ①Vaguenss of eage (n=28); ②adhesion of external wall to other organs and anomaly of eage (n=17);③irritation of diverticula and duodenum (n=11);④duplicature thickening (n=9);⑤transparence shadow was found in intenal wall(n=5).Conclusion Barium meal examination and hypotonic duodenography are the main methods in diagnosis of duodenal diverticulitis,it can provide valuable information for clinical treatment. |
