| 摘 要： | 目的研究环氧合酶-2（Cyclooxygenase-2,Cox-2）和Her-2/neu表达的相关性,以及与胃癌临床病理的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学技术,取安徽医科大学第一附属医院病理科存档的胃癌石蜡标本419例,,分别检测Cox-2和Her-2/neu的表达情况,分析其与胃癌临床病理的关系。结果用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行分析。结果 419例胃癌组织中Cox-2的阳性表达率为66.35%（278/419）,Cox-2的表达与胃癌的肿瘤大小、分化程度、淋巴结转移、分期、远处转移、浸润深度均无显著相关性（P〉0.05）。Her-2/neu的阳性表达率为13.6%（57/419）,Her-2/neu的表达与胃癌的分化程度有显著相关性（P〈0.05）,而与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、分期、远处转移、浸润深度无显著相关性（P〉0.05）。Cox-2与Her-2/neu表达密切相关（P〈0.025）。结论 Her-2/neu的表达与高中分化胃癌显著相关,Her-2/neu阳性表达的胃癌组织中Cox-2的表达明显升高,两者在胃癌组织中的表达密切相关。
