地塞米松对急性敌敌畏中毒小鼠的实验治疗研究

[目的]观察地塞米松对急性有机磷中毒小鼠敌敌畏模型的联合治疗作用。[方法]健康雄性昆明种小鼠36只,随机分为A、B、C 3组,各组小鼠均经口给予200 mg/kg敌敌畏染毒。A组为模型对照组,染毒后腹腔注射生理盐水;B组为常规治疗组,染毒后立即腹腔注射阿托品(15 mg/kg)和氯磷定(60 mg/kg);C组为地塞米松治疗组,在B组基础上联合应用地塞米松(5 mg/kg)。染毒后24 h内观察记录动物的中毒表现和存活情况。[结果]敌敌畏染毒后,A组小鼠症状出现早且重,10 min内动物全部死亡。B、C两组小鼠肌束震颤强度、翻正反射消失时间、存活时间、存活率、翘尾和流涎发生率等指标与A组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.01、0.00、0.01、0.03、0.00、0.00,P0.05);C组小鼠翻正反射消失时间和存活时间明显长于B组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。[结论]地塞米松与阿托品和氯磷定联合应用,可有效控制动物的中毒症状,提高疗效。
