2006～2008年我院抗精神病药利用分析

目的：了解我院抗精神病药应用情况和发展趋势。方法：对我院2006～2008年抗精神病药用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）和日均费用进行统计、分析。结果：3年中我院抗精神病药用药金额增长了156.03%;DDDs增长了24.22%。新上市的第2代抗精神病药用量呈上升趋势,第1代抗精神病药用量呈下降趋势。从2007年起,第2代抗精神病药DDDs值超过50%,已经成为一线治疗药物。氯氮平、喹硫平、利培酮和舒必利是最常用的抗精神病药。结论：我们应该对药物的使用情况进行定期分析,为合理用药及开发新产品提供依据和思路。

Utilization of Antipsychotic Drugs in Our Hospital from 2006 to 2008

OBJECTIVE： To study the status quo and the developmental tendency of the utilization of antipsychotic drugs in our hospital. METHODS： The antipsychotic drugs used in our hospital during the period 2006 ～ 2008 were analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC （daily drug cost）. RESULTS： Over the 3 years, the consumption sum of antipsychotic drugs increased by 156. 03% and the DDDs of which increased by 24. 22% . The consumption of the newly marketed second generation antipsychotic showed an upward trend while that of the first generation antipsychotics showed a downward trend. Since 2007,the DDDs of second generation antipsychotics have been over 50% and which have become the first line drugs. Clozapine,quetiapine,risperidone and sulpiride were the most frequently used antipsychotic drugs. CONCLUSION： The drug utilization review should be conducted periodically to provide evidence and information for reasonable drug use and development of new drugs.
