理升降法治疗颈性眩晕症

通过对200多例颈性眩晕症病人进行中医证型分型,分为:风邪痹阻型、痰浊中阻型、中气不足型和肝阳上亢型,其比例分别为30%、20.3%、36.5%、13.2%,发现与中医内科之"眩晕"有所不同。"清阳不升,浊阴不降"是其共同的病理特点,针对不同证型进行中医辨治,以达到"升清阳,降浊阴"的目的。对其病症的治疗经验及用药心得作简单介绍。
