| 摘 要： | 随着尿道重建技术的不断改进,口颊黏膜替代尿道成形术逐渐成为前尿道缺损修复的最佳选择。本文主要对口颊黏膜的优势特点作一介绍,并阐述口颊黏膜替代尿道成形术在前尿道狭窄和尿道下裂中的临床应用和进展。

| Abstract: | With the technological improvement of urethral reconstruction,buccal mucosa graft urethroplasty has gradually become a better choice for repair of anterior urethral defects.This review will mainly introduce the characteristics and advantages of buccal mucosa,and describe the application and progress of buccal mucosa graft urethroplasty in anterior urethral stricture and hypospadias. |
