| 摘 要： | 肾癌根治性切除的同时是否应当行淋巴清扫一直颇具争议。目前,何时应行淋巴清扫尚无明确规定,淋巴清扫的范围也没有统一意见。本文综述了近年来关于肾癌淋巴清扫的新文献,讨论了为什么要行淋巴清扫、何时行淋巴清扫和怎样行淋巴清扫三个问题。

| Abstract: | Radical nephrectomy with concurrent lymphadenectomy is still controversial. To date, no data have clearly demonstrated which candidates should undergo lymph node dissection （LND） and which guidelines should be used for LND in surgical management of renal cell carcinoma （RCC）. This article reviews available literatures on LND and discusses why we should take lymph node dissection, when and how to do lymphadenectomy at the same time of nephrectomy. |
