| 摘 要： | 输尿管软镜技术是泌尿外科领域一门新兴的微创技术。自从Marshall于1964年首次采用F9输尿管软镜检查输尿管结石以来,至今已有近50年的历史。最早的输尿管软镜没有操作通道,只能用于尿路疾病的检查。随着新型输尿管镜的不断开发,随着输尿管软镜相关辅助设备制造技术的进步,在上尿路疾病的诊治方面,输尿管软镜技术的应用越来越广泛。尤其在肾结石的治疗方面,输尿管软镜技术取得了长足进步,越来越多的泌尿外科医师倾向使用输尿管软镜技术处理肾结石。为此,本文就输尿管软镜进展及其治疗肾结石方面作一综述。

| Abstract: | Flexible ureteroscope is a new minimal-invasive technology in urology. It has been 50 years since Marshall examined ureteral calculi with F9 flexible ureteroscope in 1964. There was no operation channel in flexible ureteroscope at first, so it was only used to check urinary tract diseases. With the development of flexible ureteroseope and auxiliary equipment, flexible urcteroscope is playing more and more important role in diagnosis and treatment of urinary diseases. The technology of flexible ureteroscope has made great progress in treating kidney calculi. More and more urologists prefer treating kidney calculi with flexible ureteroscope. Thus, in this article, we will review the current situation and prospect of flexible ureteroscope in treatment of kidney calculi. |
