保洁员对特异性感染废弃物的认知调查及对策

目的：了解医院保洁员对特异性感染废弃物的认知状况。方法：采用自行设计的调查问卷,对我院157名保洁员进行一般资料及特异性感染知识调查,然后对医院保洁员特异性感染认知情况进行分析。结果：保洁员对特异性感染疾病认知得分最低,其次是消毒隔离措施,掌握最好的是特异性感染的终末处置;影响保洁员对特异性感染疾病认知的因素有年龄、工龄和文化程度。结论：保洁员特异性感染疾病理论知识缺乏,保洁公司与医院应加强对保洁员的特异性感染相关知识培训,提高感控及自我防护意识,规范消毒隔离行为,避免医院内感染暴发。

Conclusion： Cleaners lack of theoretical knowledge specific infection diseases,the specificity of infection control training should be strengthened by cleaning companies and hospital cleaning staff should strengthen the specificity of infection control training,so as to improve the infection control awareness,standardize disinfection and isolation behavior to and avoid outbreaks of hospital- acquired infections.
