生物蛋白胶在急性胆囊炎腹腔镜治疗中的应用

目的观察医用生物蛋白胶防止腹腔镜治疗急性胆囊炎术后出血、粘连的效果及其副作用。方法行腹腔镜治疗早期急性胆囊炎患者45例,术中使用生物蛋白胶喷洒创面,对比分析同期行腹腔镜治疗未使用生物蛋白胶喷洒创面的47例急性胆囊炎患者,比较两组患者手术时间、术中失血量、术后住院时间、中转开腹率及术后并发症发生等情况,进行统计学分析。结果使用生物蛋白胶组手术时间稍长于未使用组;两组患者术后住院时间、中转开腹率差异无显著性;使用生物蛋白胶组患者术中失血量、术后并发症发生等情况均优于未使用组。未发现生物蛋白胶应用的不良反应。结论急性胆囊炎发病48 h内施行腹腔镜,中转开腹率极低,手术安全可靠。生物蛋白胶在腹腔镜治疗急性胆囊炎中具有创面止血、防止术后腹腔感染、肠梗阻、肠粘连的作用。

Application of Bioprotein Gel in Treating Acute Cholecystitis With LC

Objective To review the preventing blooding and adhere effects of bioprotein gel in treating acute cholecystitis with LC. Methods From Jan 2005 to Dec 2007, we used LC to treat 92 cases of acute cholecystitis. During the operation, 45 cases were sprinkled with bioprotein gel and 47 cases were not, their operative time, blood loss, in -hospital time, opening operation rate and complications were compared and statistically analyzed. Results The operative time of bioprotein gel group was longer than the compare group, the in - hospital time and opening operation rate has no statistical difference, but the blood loss and complications of bioprotein gel group were lower than the compare group significantly. There were no negative effects of bioprotein gel in treating acute cholecystitis. Conclusions In 48 hours after acute cholecystitis onset, using LC treat merit is safe and reliable, and bioprotein gel has the effects of prevent blooding, infection and the complication of bowel adhere or obstruction.
