| 摘 要： | 目的观察电针配合穴位注射治疗早期腕管综合征的临床疗效。方法将75例腕管综合征患者随机分为治疗1组、治疗2组和对照组,每组25例。治疗1组采用电针配合穴位注射弥可保治疗,治疗2组采用单纯电针治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,2个疗程后对比疗效。结果治疗1组治疗后肌电图各项指标优于对照组（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。治疗1组疗效与治疗2组和对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论电针配合穴位注射治疗早期腕管综合征疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of electroacupuncture plus acupoint injection in treating carpal tunnel syndrome of early stage.Methods Seventy-five patients with carpal tunnel syndrome were randomized into treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and a control group,25 in each.The treatment group 1 was treated by electroacupuncture plus acupoint injection with Methycobal;the treatment group 2 was treated by electroacupuncture only;and the control group was treated by medication.The treatment results were evaluated after 2 treatment courses.Results The EMG result in treatment group 1 was markedly superior to that in the control after treatment（P0.01,P0.05）.Regarding to therapeutic result,the treatment group 1 was significantly better than both treatment group 2 and the control（P0.01）.Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus acupoint injection has precise effect in treating carpal tunnel syndrome of early stage. |
