| 摘 要： | 目的观察针灸综合疗法配合柏叶生发酊治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例,运用针灸综合疗法配合柏叶生发酊治疗;对照组30例,运用胱氨酸、维生素B1、维生素B6、谷维素、0.05%氮芥酒精治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为76.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论针灸综合疗法配合柏叶生发酊治疗斑秃有较好的疗效。
