靳三针治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征疗效观察

目的观察靳三针疗法对脑卒中后肩手综合征患者的临床疗效。方法采用靳三针疗法对脑卒中后肩手综合征患者30例进行治疗,分别在治疗前后采用上肢简化Fugl-Meyer评分（FMA）、视觉模拟量表（VAS）、功能综合评定量表（FCA）对患者的运动功能、疼痛及综合功能进行评定,治疗结束后进行肩手综合征综合疗效评定。结果患者治疗后总有效率为90.0%。患者治疗14 d后和治疗28 d后上肢运动功能、疼痛程度、综合功能与治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论靳三针疗法对脑卒中后肩手综合征患者有较好的疗效。

Observations on the Efficacy of Jin's Three-needle Therapy for Post-stroke Shoulder-hand Syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jin＇s three-needle therapy for post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.Methods Thirty patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome received Jin＇s three-needle therapy.Upper limb motor function,pain severity and the overall function were evaluated using the Simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment（FMA）,the Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）,and the Functional Capacity Assessment（FCA） in the patients before and after treatment.The therapeutic effect on shoulder-hand syndrome was assessed after the treatment was finished.Results The total efficacy rate was 90.0% in the patients after treatment.There were statistically significant differences in upper limb motor function,pain severity and the overall function between before treatment and at 14 or 28 days after（P0.01）.Conclusion Jin＇s three-needle therapy has a better effect on post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.
