| 摘 要： | 目的观察浮针配合穴位注射治疗疱疹后遗神经痛的镇痛作用。方法将70例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组30例。治疗组采用浮针配合穴位注射治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,比较两组止痛起效时间、止痛效果、治疗前后情绪评分及治疗过程中出现副反应。结果治疗组在止痛起效时间及止痛效果方面明显优于对照组（均P〈0.01）,在情绪改善方面临床疗效显著,亦优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论浮针配合穴位注射是一种治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的有效方法。
