挑刺配合压灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察

目的观察挑刺配合压灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将100例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用挑刺配合压灸治疗,对照组采用电针颈夹脊穴治疗。结果治疗1个疗程后,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86.0%和62.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论挑刺配合压灸是一种治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的有效方法。

Observations on the Efficacy of Piercing Method plus Pressing Moxibustion in Treating Cervical Spondylotic Vertebral Arteriopathv

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of piercing method plus pressing moxibustion in treating cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy.Methods One hundred patients with cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,50 cases each.The treatment group received piercing method plus pressing moxibustion and the control group,electroacupuncture at cervical Huatuo jiaji points.Results After one course of the treatment,the total efficacy rate was 86% in the treatment group and 62% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions Piercing method plus pressing moxibustion is an effective way to treat cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy.
