| 摘 要： | 目的观察针灸配合药物治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法 80例抑郁症患者随机分为药物组30例,采用单纯SSRI类药物治疗;针药组25例,采用针刺配合SSRI类药物治疗;灸药组25例,采用针刺加艾灸配合SSRI类药物治疗。分别观察三组治疗前和治疗后1、2、4、6星期HAMD量表总评分情况,采用HAMD量表评定疗效。结果灸药组、针药组总有效率均为100.0%,与药物组总有效率（83.3%）比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。灸药组和针药组在治疗1、2、4、6星期HAMD总分改善明显优于药物组（P〈0.01）。灸药组在第2星期起HAMD减分率大于针药组和药物组,减分率比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针刺加艾灸配合SSRI类药物治疗抑郁症疗效优于单用SSRI类抗抑郁药,且起效速度快。针刺配合SSRI类药物的治疗也有类似的疗效,但针刺加艾灸配合药物治疗对改善患者抑郁情绪、减少HAMD量表积分具有一定的优越性。
