| 摘 要： | 目的观察以磁珠贴压耳穴对便秘患者的治疗效应。方法采用《慢性便秘人群调查表》,将122例患者随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组以磁珠贴压相应耳穴,对照组进行空白对照,分别在干预后30 d、60 d进行调查,记录客观的症状评分,进行治疗前后比较。结果干预组治疗30 d、60 d后排便习惯分值与干预前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01,P〈0.001）;干预组治疗60 d后与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）。干预组治疗30 d后,实证总有效率为42.0%,虚证为31.0%;干预60 d后,实证总有效率为74.2%,虚证为79.3%。对照组两时间段无明显变化,总有效率均为0%。结论耳穴治疗慢性便秘有较好的疗效,且效果随干预时间的延长而递增。
