二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗患者28例临床分析

目的:探讨用二甲双胍治疗胰岛素抵抗的多囊卵巢综合征患者疗效(curative effect)及安全性。方法:选择就诊于南华大学附属第二医院妇产科门诊符合条件的28例不孕症患者,将其随机平均两组。两组治疗前各项指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组均在治疗前测促卵泡素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、空腹及餐后胰岛素。A组单用维生素E治疗,100mg/d口服;B组单用二甲双胍治疗,500mg/次,3次/d。观察月经恢复情况,确定怀孕即停药。治疗3个月后复查内分泌,空腹及餐后血胰岛素水平。结果:观察组与对照组治疗前后胰岛素、排卵及妊娠情况相比差异有显著性。结论:二甲双胍在改善多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者胰岛素抵抗的同时,增加了其排卵率及妊娠率。

Clinical analysis on 28 cases with insulin -resistant polycystic ovary syndrome treated by metformin
