| 摘 要： | 目的了解军人创伤后应激障碍 (PTSD)患者失配性负波 (MMN)的特点。方法应用美国NicoletBravo脑电生理仪 ,对 2 3例PTSD和 2 4例适应障碍 (AD)及 3 0名健康军人 (NC)的MMN作了检测。结果与NC组比较 ,PTSD组MMN的潜伏期延迟、波幅增高 ;AD组与NC组MMN的潜伏期和波幅均无显著性差异 ;与AD组比较 ,PTSD组MMN的潜伏期延迟、波幅增高 ;PTSD组P3 0 0 波幅 ,较NC组和AD组均低。结论MMN技术可作为P3 0 0 检测的一种补充手段 ,而用于PTSD。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the characteristics of MMN of patients with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). MethodsThe MMN was elicited from 23 PTSD patients, 24 patients with adjustment disorder (AD) and 30 normally age-matched controls by using a Nicolet Bravo Instrument. ResultsCompared with NC group, PTSD group showed prolonged latency (P<0.05) and increased amplitude (P<0.01), while AD did not. Compared with AD group, PTSD group showed further prolonged MMN latency and higher increased MMN amplitude. Compared with AD and NC groups, PTSD group showed further decreased P 300amplitude. ConclusionMMN should be applied in the clinical examination of the patients with PTSD as well as P 300. |
