针刀＋关节内注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床观察

目的观察针刀＋关节内注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择80例膝骨关节炎患者,随机分为两组,每组40例。治疗组患者行关节内注射透明质酸纳＋针刀治疗,对照组患者行单纯关节内注射透明质酸纳治疗。采用目前通用的WOMAC量表积分,观察治疗2周、4周和3个月WOMAC量表积分变化。结果治疗2周,两组疼痛WOMAC量表积分和关节功能WOMAC积分均下降（P〈0.05）,治疗4周和3个月,两组疼痛WOMAC量表积分和关节功能WOMAC积分均显著下降（P〈0.01）,但治疗4周和3个月,关节内注射＋针刀组疼痛WOMAC量表积分和关节功能WOMAC积分下降值大于单纯关节内注射组（P〈0.05）。结论关节内注射＋针刀组疗效优于单纯关节内注射组。

Knife needle combined with intraarticular injection in treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of knife needle combined with intraarticular injection in treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly assigned to receive knife needle and intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate（n=40） or intraarticular injection only（n=40）.The patients were assessed with Western Ontario and McMaster Universities（WOMAC） Osteoarthritis Index 2 weeks,4 weeks and 3 months after treatment.Results The WOMAC scores were reduced after treatment in both groups（P0.05 or 0.01）,but the value of reduced WOMAC scores after 4 weeks and 3 months of treatment in knife＋intraarticular injection group was more than that in intraarticular injection only group（P0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of knife needle combined with intraarticular injection is better than that of intraarticular injection only in treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
