2007-2011年齐鲁石化地区托幼机构消毒情况调查

目的]了解齐鲁石化地区托幼机构消毒情况及卫生状况，对存在的问题进行分析，进一步搞好消毒管理工作，保障幼儿健康安全。方法]2007～2011年对齐鲁石化地区8家托幼机构进行抽样检测，按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》进行检测，对检测结果参照GB15982—19954医院消毒卫生标准》进行评价。结果]2007～2011年共检测样品1396份，合格956份，合格率为68．48％。其中，2007～2011年各样品的消毒合格率依次为63．19％、65．83％、69．66％、69．82％、73．52％，不同年份间合格率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。各检测项目中，物体表面合格率最低，为60．00％；消毒液合格率最高，为100．00％。不同项目间合格率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论]齐鲁石化地区消毒工作落实不完善，今后应加强管理。

Survey on Disinfection of Nurseries in the Area of Qilu Petrochemical Corporation, 2007-2011

Objective]To understand the disinfection and sanitary status in nurseries of Qilu Petrochemical Corporation, analyze the problems existed , so as to further improve disinfection to protect the health and safety of the young children. Methods]During2007-2011,8 nurseries in the area of Qilu Petrochemical Corporation were randomly selected, the test was conducted in accordance with Disinfection technical specifications issued by the Ministry of Health, and the test results were evaluated with reference to GB 15982-1995 Hospital disinfection and hygiene standards. Results]During 2007-2011,1396 samples were detected,956 samples were qualified, with a pass rate of 68.48 %. From 2007 to 2011, the disinfection pass rate of various samples was as follows： 63.19% ,65.83%, 69.66%, 69.82%, and 73.52% ,the differences of the pass rate were no statistically significant between different years （ P〉0.05 ）. The pass rate of body surface was the lowest in various test items, 60. 00% while disinfectant was the highest, 100.00%. Thedifferences of the pass rate were statistically significant （ P 〈0. 01） between different items. Conclusion]The disinfection in the area of Qilu Petrochemical Corporation is imperfect and the management should be strengthened in the future.
