活血通腑利水汤治疗脑出血急性期23例的疗效观察

目的 观察活血通腑利水汤治疗脑出血急性期的临床疗效.方法 将46例脑出血急性期患者随机分为两组.对照组23例采用西医常规治疗;治疗组23例在对照组治疗基础上加用活血通腑利水汤(处方:大黄、益母草、虎杖、三七参、水蛭、地龙)治疗.结果 治疗组总有效率为91.31%,对照组为75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.78,P＜0.05).CT复查血肿吸收情况,治疗组有15例全部吸收,吸收范围＞51%者7例,未吸收者1例;对照组全部吸收6例,吸收范围＞51%者9例,未吸收者3例.2组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.66,P＜0.05).结论 活血通腑利水汤治疗脑出血急性期有效.

Therapeutic observation on 23 cases of treatment of cerebral hemorrhage with Huoxuetongfulishui decoction

Objective To observe the clinical effects of treating acute cerebral hemorrhage with Huoxuetongfulishui decoction. Methods A total of 46 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group, with 23 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine; the treatment group was treated with Huoxuetongfulishui decoction (which is composed of rhubarb, motherwort herb, giant knotweed rhizome, sanchi, leech, and earth worm) on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate was 91.31% and 75% in the treatment group and the control group respectively, showing statistical significance (χ2=5.78, P＜0.05). CT scan showed that fully hematoma absorption happened in 15 patients, absorption range ＞51% happened in 7patients, and zero hematoma absorption in 1 patient in the treatment group, contrasting to the number of 6, 9 and 3 in the control group respectively. There was statistical difference between the two groups (χ2=5.66, P＜0.05). Conclusion It was effective to treat cerebral hemorrhage with Huoxuetongfulishui decoction.
