| 摘 要： | 结核病是全球范围内最严重的感染性疾病之一，其防治形势日趋严峻。Toll样受体(Toll like receptors，TLRs)是一类重要的天然模式识别受体，在机体抵御微生物的固有免疫反应中发挥重要作用。研究表明，TLRs是介导宿主对结核杆菌识别及抗结核免疫反应的关键分子。现对TLRs在结核杆菌感染中的研究进展进行综述，有助于阐明结核病的发病机制并为其治疗提供新的策略。

| Abstract: | Tuberculosis (TB) is the serious infectious disease in the world and its a enormous challenge for TBs prophylaxis and treatment. Toll-like receptors(TLRs),a family of pattern recognition receptors expressed on mammalian cell surface,play a crucial role in innate immunity. Many studies showed that TLRs are key elements in host-mediated recognition of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and anti-TB immune response. We review the researches on TLRs contributes to the infection of TB in order to illuminate the pathogenesis of TB and provide the new strategy for its treatment. |
