降压0号对社区高血压患者脂质代谢影响的流行病学调查

目的 评价长期服用降压0号对社区原发性高血压患者脂质代谢的影响.方法 选取上海市某社区原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,随访观察社区原发性高血压患者长期服用降压0号后脂质代谢的改变.结果 共纳入研究对象1 162例,长期服用降压0号后血压达标率为79.3%.与基线相比,各血脂水平的改变不显著,不具有临床意义.服药后总体血脂异常比例从39.8%升高到42.5%(χ2=3.52,P=0.069),各类血脂异常中,高胆固醇型、低高密度脂蛋白型、混合型血脂异常比例均有所减少,高甘油三酯型血脂异常比例升高,以上改变均未见统计学意义.结论 社区中原发性高血压患者长期服用降压0号,对其脂质代谢无明显影响.

The effects of compound hypotensive tablets No.0 on lipid metabolism status in hypertension patients in community

Objective To investigate the long-term influence of compound hypotensive tablets No.0 on lipid metabolism status in a population with Primary Hypertension in urban community.Methods This long-term community-based follow up study was conducted among patients with primary hypertension.Comparing with baseline,study was performed based on the changes of lipid metabolism and different types of hyperlipidemia.Results A total of 1 162 patients were investigated.Among which 79.3% had reached the BP＇fulfillment criteria＇.After treated by ＂No.0＂,no statistically significant changes were observed in the lipid profile.The proportion of dyslipidemia was increased from 39.8% to 42.5%（χ2=3.52,P=0.069）.Hypercholesteremia,combined hyperlipidemia and hypo-HDL-C dyslipidemia were decreased,hypertriglyceridemia dyslipidemia were increased respectively.There were no significant differences in changes.Conclusions After long time using as an antihypertensive drug in community,＂No.0＂ does not appear to have significant effects on lipid.
