| 摘 要： | 目的 对海门市2002-2008年甲状腺癌发病率、发病特征及其时间分布进行分析,以了解该地区甲状腺癌的流行状况.方法 采用海门市肿瘤传报系统资料,运用描述性流行病学方法,计算其发病率并采用变化百分比(percent change,PC%)及年度变化百分比(annual percent change,APC%)描述其时间分布.结果 海门市2002-2008年甲状腺癌发病率由0.63/10万升高至3.02/10万,男女性别比为1∶3.27,发病率上升趋势显著(t=4.88,P=0.004 6),PC%高达337.18%,APC%约为26.49%.结论 近年来海门市甲状腺癌发病率呈上升趋势,预防和控制该病需要加强对其相关危险因素关注.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the incidence rate and time trend of thyroid cancer in Haimen City during 2002-2008.Methods Cancer incidence data during 2002-2008 was collected by Haimen cancer registry.Crude and standardized incidence were calculated for men and women separately.Percent change（PC%） and annual percent change（APC%） were estimated to access the time trend for thyroid cancer incidence.Results The incidence of thyroid cancer in Haimen increased from 0.63/100 000 in 2002 to 3.02/100 000 in 2008 with a male to female ratio around 1∶3.27.PC% and APC% were 337.18% and 26.49%,respectively.Conclusions Thyroid cancer incidence is increasing sharply in Haimen City,suggesting a demand for further research on risk factors and preventive strategies. |
