| 摘 要： | 目的探讨环氧化酶-2(cyclooxygenase,COX-2)在喉癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测29例喉癌及15例声带息肉组织中COX-2的表达。结果喉癌组COX-2阳性表达率为72.4%(21/29),声带息肉组COX-2阳性表达率为0(0/15),两者比较具有非常显著差异(P<0.001)。结论COX-2在喉癌组织中表达增高,表明COX-2可能在喉癌的发生发展中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the expres- sion and its clinical significance of cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) in laryngeal carcinoma. METHODS The im- munohistochemistry method was used to determine the expression of COX-2 protein in specimen of 29 cases with laryngeal carcinoma and 15 cases with vocal cord polyps. RESULTS Positive staining rate of COX-2 in specimen of laryngeal carcinoma ( 72.4 % ) was signifi- cantly higher than that of vocal cord polyps (0.0 %) (P < 0.001). CONCLUSION Overexpression of COX-2 may play a crucial role in the carcinogenesis and pro- gression of laryngeal carcinoma. |
