瘦素与消化道肿瘤关系研究进展

瘦素是由肥胖基因(ob)编码的一种激素,其受体(ob-R)广泛存在于人体组织中。瘦素通过与ob-R结合,发挥生理作用包括能量调节、食物摄入等,同时也参与多种病理状态的调节,如脂代谢异常、肥胖等。近年来国内外学者对瘦素与人类疾病,特别是与消化道肿瘤之间的关系进行了大量的研究,现综述瘦素和ob-R与消化道肿瘤相关性的研究进展。

Leptin and its Relationship with Digestive Tract Cancer

LEP is a kind of hormone encoded by OB.Its receptor OB-R is generally distributed all over the body tissue.Lep can exert its physiological effect including energy regulation and food intake as well as participate regulation of many kinds of pathological state including lipid metabolism,obesity and so on by binding with OB-R.For the past few years,domestic and foreign scholars have carried out many researches about the relationship between leptin and human diseases,especially that of digestive tract cancer.This article reviews the progress of relevance between leptin and OB-R and digestive tract cancer.
