双氯芬酸钠滴眼液控制准分子激光上皮角膜磨镶术后反应的临床评价

目的观察评价双氯芬酸钠滴眼液控制准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术（LASEK）术后疼痛及炎性反应的疗效和安全性。方法用自身对照法观察75例（150眼）接受LASEK的患者，一眼应用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液作为试验组，另一眼用常规药物治疗作为自身对照组，观察1个月。结果两组在控制术后疼痛及炎性反应方面比较差异有统计学意义，试验组未见严重的并发症和不良反应。结论双氯芬酸钠滴眼液是控制LASEK术后眼部疼痛及炎性反应的安全、有效的药物。

Clinical assessment of diclofenac sodium eyedrops in controlling postoperative reaction of lasersubepithelial keratomUeusis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of diclofenac sodium eyedrops for re- ducing postoperative ocular pain and inflammation of laser subepithelial keratomileusis（LASEK）. Meth- ods Seventy - five patients （ 150 eyes） were observed by self- contrast（L vs R）. One eye treated with dielofenac sodium eyedrops was regard as test group,the fellow eye treated with normal eyedrops as selfcontrast group. All patients were followed up for 1 month. Results There was a statistically significant difference of reducing postoperative ocular pain and inflammation of LASEK between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. No severe complications were found in study group. Conclusions Diclofenac sodium eyedrops is an effective and safety drug in reducing postoperative ocular pain and inflammation.
