缺血性脑血管病全脑血管造影术常见并发症的发生原因及其处理方法

目的分析缺血性脑血管病全脑血管造影过程中并发症的发生原因，探讨其预防措施。方法选择我院2005年10月至2009年10月出现并发症的病例共28例，统计分析其并发症发生原因及处理措施。结果本组发生并发症28例，其中穿刺部位渗血3例，皮下瘀血8例，单纯血肿5例，假性动脉瘤2例，动静脉瘘1例，血管迷走反射2例，造影剂过敏1例，脑梗死2例，消化道出血1例，肾功能损害3例，经积极治疗均治愈。结论全脑血管造影是一种有创性检查，可发生一些并发症，及时发现并处理及熟练的操作技巧可有效减轻、减少并发症的发生。

The cause and treatment method of the familiar complications of digital subtraction cerebral angiography in ischemic cerebrovascular disease

Objective To analyze the cause of the familiar complications of ischemic cerebralvascular disease at DSA, and to discuss the precautionary measure. Methods From October 2005 to October 2009, 28 cases of complications at DSA procedure were choosed and analysed their causes and treatment method. Results Twenty -eight cases of serious complication were healed by relevant management. Complications included 3 cases of puncture - site bleeding, 8 cases of subdermal hemorrhage, 5 cases of haematoma formation, 2 cases of pseudoaneurysm, 1 case of arterio - venous fistula, 2 cases of blood vessel aberration reflection, 1 case of ontrast agent supersensitivity, 2 cases of cerebral infarction, 1 case of alimentary tract hemorrhage, 3 cases of renal functional lesion, and they were cured after treatment. Conclusions Digital subtraction cerebral angiography is a kind of traumatic method, hnmediate management and technical interventional performance can prevent the complications.
