功能锻炼联合益塞普治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效

目的 观察功能锻炼联合益塞普治疗强直性脊柱炎（AS）的疗效.方法 选择2008年12月至2009年12月在我科住院患者,益赛普25 mg,2次/周,皮下注射,连续使用4周后改为25 mg,1次/周,皮下注射,再使用4周后改为12.5 mg,1次/周,继续使用4周,注射后局部按压3 min,同时开始治疗时指导患者功能恢复锻炼,并在随访中加强指导患者功能锻炼.结果 联合治疗4、8、12周后能明显改善患者脊柱痛目视模拟测试表（VAS,0～10分）,患者总体评价（PGA）VAS、夜间疼VAS、晨僵时间、红细胞沉降率、C-反应蛋白均较治疗前明显改善（P＜0.01）.结论 功能锻炼联合益塞普能明显改善治疗强直性脊柱炎患者的临床疗效及相关实验学指标.

Effect of functional exercise with etanercept therapy on ankylosing spondylitis

Objective To study the effect of functional exercise with etanercept therapy on an kylosing spondylitis. Methods The ankylosing spondylitis patients were screening from Dec. 2008 to Dec. 2009 in our hospital, etanercept 25 mg, twice a week, injections continuously for 4 weeks, then etanercept 25 mg once a week, injections continuously for 4 weeks, then etanercept 12.5 mg once a week,injections continuously for 4 weeks, press injection part for 3 min. At the same time the functional exercise from the the start treatment with etanercept. Results The therapy groups in 4, 8 and 12 weeks can obviously improve clinical curative effect and experiment index compared with the pretherapy （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusions Functional exercise with etanercept therapy can obviously improve clinical curative effect and experiment index on ankylosing spondylitis patients.
