甘草酸二铵联合葛根素治疗酒精性肝炎的疗效观察

目的 观察甘草酸二铵联合葛根素治疗酒精性肝炎的疗效.方法 将70例酒精性肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组（40例）给予甘草酸二铵及葛根素联合治疗,对照组（30例）给予甘草酸二铵治疗,疗程均为3周.观察患者症状、腹部超声、Glasgow酒精性肝炎评分及肝功能的变化.结果 治疗后治疗组患者总有效率、腹部超声改善率及肝功能较对照组明显提高（P＜0.05） 两组Glasgow酒精性肝炎评分治疗后较治疗前都明显改善（P＜0.05）,但治疗后两组间相比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 甘草酸二铵联合葛根素治疗可有效改善酒精性肝炎患者的病情,促进肝功能恢复.

Efficacy of diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined with puerarin injection in treating alcoholic hepatitis

Objective To observe the efficacy of diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined with puerarin injection in treating alcoholic hepatitis. Methods Seventy alcoholic hepatitis patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （40 patients）was given diammonium glycyrrhizinate for injection and puerarin injection for 3 weeks. The control group （30 patients）was given diammonium glyc-yrrhizinate for injection for 3 weeks. The symptoms, abdominal ultrasound, Glasgow alcoholic hepatitis scores and liver function were evaluated. Results Total efficacy rate in the treatment group was 92.50%, while it was 70.00% in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Abdominal ultrasound improving rate and liver function in the treatment group were better compared with the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Glasgow alcoholic hepatitis scores in the two groups after treatment were obviously improved than that of two group before treatment respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）,however, there were no difference between the two group after treatment （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions Treatment with diammonium glycyrrhizinate and puerarin may effectively improve the conditions combined with promote liver function recovery in alcoholic hepatitis.
