银杏叶分散片对老年单纯收缩期高血压患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的影响

摘    要:目的评价银杏叶分散片对老年单纯收缩期高血压患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的影响。方法将126例单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)患者随机分为A、B两组,其中A组(63例)在抗高血压药非洛地平缓释片的基础上联合应用银杏叶分散片,B组(63例)单用非洛地平缓释片内服,两组均连续用药12周,治疗前后对相关指标进行检测与对比观察,并采用高分辨超声测定患者用药前后的反应性充血和含服硝酸甘油后肱动脉内径的变化。结果与治疗前比较,两组的收缩压与舒张压均显著下降(P〈0.01或P〈0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。血清总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇治疗后A组明显下降(P〈0.01),而B组下降不明显(P〉0.05)。血管内皮依赖性舒张功能指标值(FMD)A、B两组用药前后比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01或P〈0.05),组间比较A组FMD改善程度明显优于B组(P〈0.01)。两组的非依赖性血管内皮舒张功能用药前后比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。治疗期间未见银杏叶分散片严重不良反应。结论ISH患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能受损,银杏叶分散片改善其血管内皮功能,有益于ISH患者的治疗。

Abstract:Objective Evaluation of dispersible tablets of Ginkgo biloba in elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension on vascular endothelial function. Methods One hundred and twenty - six patients with isolated systolic hypertension (ISH) were randomly divided into A and B group, 63 cases of A group in the anti -hypertensive drug felodipine sustained release tablets based on the combination of Ginkgo leaf tablet;63 cases of B group were single with felodipine tablets taken orally, continuous medi- cation for 12 weeks in both groups before and after treatment to detect the relevant indicators and comparison of observed and measured using high - resolution ultrasound before and after treatment in patients with reactive hyperemia and after sublingual nitroglycerin changes in brachial artery diameter. Results Before treatment, systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) of two groups were significantly decreased ( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ) , SBP, DBP decrease was no significant difference between the two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Serum total cholesterol (TC) and low - density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL - C) of A group were decreased after treatment ( P 〈 0.01 ), while in B group TC, LDL - C decrease was not obvious ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Vascular endothelial function index value (FMD) before and after treatment in the A group difference was significant ( P 〈0.01 ) , B group differences were significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) , A group of FMD between the two groups improved significantly more than B group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Two groups of non - dependent vascular endothelial function (NID) before and after treatment did not change significantly ( P 〉 0.05 ). Ginkgo biloba tablet during treatment had no severe adverse reactions. Conclusions ISH patients with impaired vascular endothelial function, ginkgo biloba tablet improve endothelial function, good for the treatment of patients with ISH.
