维持性血液透析患者心理干预及饮食指导护理体会

目的探讨心理干预及饮食指导护理对维持性血液透析患者的重要性，为提高患者的生活质量提供可靠的理论依据。方法选取2007年1月至2008年12月在我院维持性血液透析患者100例，实施心理干预及饮食指导护理6个月，对比心理干预及饮食指导前后患者心理状况及各项营养指标变化，评定心理干预及饮食指导对维持性血液透析患者的价值。结果心理干预及饮食指导6个月后患者心理状况及各营养指标得到了明显改善，与干预、指导护理前相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论积极地有针对性地对维持性血液透析患者提供心理干预及饮食指导护理可以大大减轻患者的不良心理反应，有效地预防营养不良，从而增强了患者战胜疾病的信心，减少了并发痘的发生，提高了患者自身的生活质量和治疗效果。

The nursing experience of psychological intervention and dietary guide on maintaining hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the importance of psychological intervention and dietary guidance and provide theoretical basis for improving the quality of life on hemodialysis patients. Methods From January 2007 to December 2008, one hundred maintaining hemodialysis patients were carried out psychological intervention and dietary guide nursing in our hospital for six months. The psychological status and various nutrition indexes were compared before and after six month psychological intervention and dietary guide, evaluated the value of psychological intervention and dietary guide on maintaining hemodi- alysis patients. Results The psychological status and the nutrition indexes were significantly improved, there were statistical significance before and after six months psychological intervention and dietary guide nursing （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions It can greatly reduce the adverse psychological reaction, can effectively to prevent malnutrition by actively targeted psychological intervention and dietary guidance on maintaining hemodialysis patients, thereby enhancing the confidence of conquering disease, reducing the incidence of complications, improving the quality of life of patients.
