红花黄色素对急性脑梗死患者血清SOD、MDA、CAT影响的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨红花黄色素对急性脑梗死患者血清SOD、MDA、CAT的影响。方法选择我院2007年11月至2009年11月急性脑梗死患者121例,随机分为观察组和对照组两组。对照组患者行常规治疗。观察组在常规治疗基础上给予红花黄色素冻干粉100mg,每天1次。两组患者均治疗14d。采用中国卒中量表(CSS)和美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)对两组患者治疗前、治疗后进行评分。测定患者治疗前、治疗后的血清SOD、MDA、CAT水平。治疗后并对两组患者进行疗效评定。结果①NIHSS和CSS评分:观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。②两组患者显效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。⑧SOD、MDA、CAT水平:观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论红花黄色素能够显著抑制急性脑梗死患者脂质过氧化反应,提高抗氧化能力,减轻脑组织氧化损伤,改善患者的神经功能。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of safflower yellow pigment on serum level of SOD, MDA and CAT in acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and twenty - one cases of acute cerebral infarction were selected from November 2007 to November 2009, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The routine therapy was used in control group, and on the basis of the routine therapy, safflower yellow pigment lyophilized powder ( 100 mg) was used in observation group, one time in a day. The course in two groups was 14 days. Before and after treatment, Chinese stroke scale(CSS) and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) was performed to detect the neurologic impairment. The level of SOD, MDA, CAT were detected before and after treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment. Results (1) the score of CSS and NIHSS in observation group after treatment compared with those in control group after treatment, there was statistical difference (P 〈 0. 05). (2)The obvious effective rate in observation group compared with that in control group, there was statistical difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). (3)the level of SOD, MDA, CAT in observation after treatment compared with those in control group after treatment respectively, there was statistical difference (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions Safflower yellow pigment can inhabit lipid peroxidation in acute cerebral infarction. And improve the ability of antioxidation, decrease the brain tissue injury, improve the neurologic impairment.
