血塞通注射液联合532激光治疗非创伤性玻璃体积血的疗效观察

目的探讨血塞通注射液联合532激光治疗对非创伤性玻璃体积血的疗效。方法选取2006年7月至2009年6月在我科住院的非创伤性玻璃体积血患者20例（21眼），均采用血塞通注射液联合激光治疗，并分析其疗效。结果视网膜静脉阻塞10眼，糖尿病视网膜病变6眼，视网膜裂孔5眼，为非创伤性玻璃体积血的主要原因，经血塞通注射液联合532激光治疗后玻璃体积血明显吸收，视力改善总有效率达85．71％。结论血塞通注射液联合532激光治疗是防治非创伤性轻中度玻璃体积血的有效治疗措施之一。

Effcts of Xuesaitong injection combined with 532 laser therapy in treating non-traumatic vitreous hemorrhage

Objective To explore the curative effect of xuesaitong injection and 532 laser in treating non -traumatic vitreous hemorrhage. Methods Twenty cases （21 eyes） of non -traumatic vit- reous hemorrhage admitted from July 2006 to June 2009, were treated with the xuesaitong injection and 532 laser, and to analyze its efficacy. Results Ten eyes with retinal vein occlusion, 6 eyes with diabetic retinopathy, 5 eyes with tears retinal, those were the main reasons of non - traumatic vitrous hemorrhage, visual acuity improve with xuesaitong injection combined with 532 laser treatment, the total effective rate was 85.71%. Conclusions Xuesaitong injection combined with 532 laser therapy is one of the effective treatment measures for moderate non -traumatic vitreous hemorrhage.
