同期经尿道电切浅表性膀胱肿瘤并前列腺增生的疗效

目的探讨浅表性膀胱肿瘤合并前列腺增生症同期施行经尿道等离子电切术的可行性及疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2005年3月至2009年12月期间87例原发或复发膀胱肿瘤并前列腺增生的患者，同期行经尿道膀胱肿瘤并前列腺增生双极等离子电切术，术后随访时间6个月～2年。结果87例患者手术顺利，术后排尿通畅，无明显合并症。术后复诊12例出现肿瘤复发，复发部位均在膀胱腔内，前列腺窝及尿道未种植。结论只要腔内操作技术熟练、经验丰富，浅表性膀胱肿瘤合并前列腺增生患者可以同期行等离子电切术，膀胱肿瘤术后复发率未见明显增加，手术安全，效果良好，值得临床推广应用。

Effect analysis of simultaneous transurethral plasma resection of bladder tumor and prostate in treating superficial bladder tumor complicated with benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To investigate the feasibility and effect of simultaneous transurethral plasma resection of bladder tumor （TURBt） and prostate（TURP） in treating superficial bladder tumor complicated with benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods The clinical data from 87 patients, with primary or recurrent bladder tumor complicated with benign prostatic hyperplasia between March 2005 and December 2009 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The simultaneous transurethral bipolar plasma resections of bladder tumor （TURBt） and prostate （TURP） had been operated on them. Postoperative follow - up were carried out, the periods of which ranged from 6 months to 2 years. Results All the 87 patients urinated frequently and had no apparent complication after operation. Recurrence developed in 12 patients, which confined to the bladder cavity, prostatic fossa and urethral were not involved. Conclusions Simultaneous TURBt plus TURP is a safe and effective therapy without increasing the risk of tumor recurrence if operated skillfully and with rich experience, therefore, it is deserved to wide application.
