宫颈妊娠患者子宫动脉化疗栓塞术的临床应用

目的 探讨宫颈妊娠患者术前介入化疗栓塞的临床疗效.方法 在我院就诊的3例宫颈妊娠患者清宫术前行双侧子宫动脉化疗栓塞术,3天后行清宫术.结果 3例宫颈妊娠患者分别经1次、2次、1次介入栓塞后行清宫术,无一例大出血致休克或切除子宫.结论 宫颈妊娠行子宫动脉化疗栓塞可有效防止清宫术中大出血,应是宫颈妊娠患者清宫术前必要的治疗手段.

The clinical application of selective uterine artery chemoembolization in patients with cervical pregnancy

Objective To assess the clinical effectiveness of selective uterine artery chemoembolization in the treatment of cervical pregnancy before uterine curettage. Methods Three patients with cervical pregnancy were studied. They were underwent bilateral selective uterine artery embolization （BUAE） and subsequent uterine curettage after 3 days. Results Three paients with cervical pregnancy had received 1 time, 2 times, 1 time of chemoembolization before the operation of uterine curettage were carried out. All of them avoided heavy vaginal bleeding,shock, hysterectomy. Conclusions Bilateral uterine artery chemoembolization is very important and necessary before uterine curettage. It is an efficient treatment for controlling heavy vaginal bleeding in cervical pregnancy.
