阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者介入治疗后的影响

目的观察阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者行经皮冠状动脉介入术（PCI）后血脂水平及临床心脏事件的影响。方法126例接受PCI的冠心病患者随机分为A组（n=64）和B组（11=62），A组接受阿托伐他汀，1次／d，10mg/次，B组接受阿托伐他汀，1次／d，20mg／次。测定术前及术后1、6、12个月血脂水平，观察心脏事件的发生情况。结果患者术后服用阿托伐他汀12个月，两组血脂水平及心脏事件的发生情况较术前均有不同程度下降，且随治疗时间的延长下降幅度更显著（P〈0．05）。B组血脂水平较A组下降幅度更为显著（P〈0．05），但两组心脏事件发生差异无统计学意义。结论阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者PCI术后再狭窄具有预防作用，强化剂量作用更明显，且安全性好。

Effects of atorvastatin on patients with coronary heart disease after pereutaneous coronary intervention

Objective To observe the effects of atorvastatin on the level of blood lipid and cardiac events in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Meth- otis One hundred and twenty - six patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were randomly administered atorvastatin 10mg/d （ group A, n = 64） or 20 mg/d （ group B, n = 62） for 12 month. The blood lipid was measured and cardiac events were observed. Results The level of total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, low density lipoprotein- cholesterol （LDL- C） decreased significantly in both groups （ p 〈 0. 05）. There were significant differences between the two groups in the level of TC, LDL and CRP（ p 〈 0. 05）, but no difference in the occurrence of cardiac events. Conclusions Atorvastatin can prevent patients with coronary heart disease after PCI from restenosis. The prevention effect of atrovastatin 20 mg daily is better than 10 mg daily.
