重组人表皮生长因子治疗白内障超声乳化术后角膜水肿的临床观察

目的探讨重组人表皮生长因子治疗白内障超声乳化术后角膜水肿的疗效。方法将56例白内障超声乳化术后并发角膜水肿的患者随机分为两组，对照组采用妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液等常规治疗，治疗组加用重组人表皮生长因子，观察视力、角膜厚度及角膜水肿消退情况。结果对照组治愈时间为1～9d，平均4．2d；治疗组治愈时间为1—4d，平均1．6d，治疗组治愈时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论重组人表皮生长因子在白内障超声乳化术后更有助于角膜水肿的修复。

Clinical observation of recombinant human epidermal growth factor in treatment of corneal ede- ma after cataract phacoemulsification

Objective To study the recombinant human epidermal growth factor in the treatment of corneal edema after cataract phacoemulsification. Methods Fifty - six cases of complicated cataract surgery corneal edema were randomly divided into two groups, control group using tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops and other conventional treatment, the treatment group received recombinant human epidermal growth factor, observe visual acuity, corneal thickness and corneal edema subsided ease. Results In the control group cure time of 1 - 9 days, an average of 4.2 days, treatment group cure time of 1 -4 days, an average of 1.6 days, the treatment group healing time was significantly shorter than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Recombinant human epidermal growth factor in cataract surgery corneal edema more conducive to the restoration.
