| 摘 要： | 目的 :检测稀土化合物硝酸镧 La( NO3 ) 3 ]经消化道长期作用 ,大鼠肝脏中热休克蛋白 70( HSP70 )的表达水平。方法 :以大鼠为研究对象 ,连续用生理盐水和 0 .1、0 .2、2 .0、1 0 .0及2 0 .0 mg· kg-1体重的 La( NO3 ) 3 灌胃 6个月后 ,应用免疫组织化学 SABC法原位检测肝脏中的HSP70的蛋白表达水平。结果 :2 0 .0 mg· kg-1 硝酸镧组大鼠肝脏中 HSP70阳性细胞数与对照组相比明显增多 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :硝酸镧 ( 2 0 .0 mg· kg-1 )对肝脏损伤时 ,一定剂量 HSP70的表达参与肝脏的保护

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the expression of heat shock proteins 70 (HSP70) in rat livers after long term administration of lanthanum nitrate La(NO 3) 3. Methods:Young Wistar rats were divided into six groups,which were given La(NO 3) 3 at 0.1,0.2,2.0,10.0 and 20.0 mg·kg -1 , respectively, and the control group with physiological saline for six months.The expression of HSP70 was detected in rat livers by immunocytochemistry. Results:The positive cells of HSP70 in the group of 20.0 mg·kg -1 La(NO 3) 3 were much more than those in the control. Conclusion:HPS70 is involved in the anti injury mechanism of rat livers when rat livers were injured at 20.0 mg·kg -1 La(NO 3) 3. |
