| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨闭合复位胫骨交锁髓内钉内固定对胫骨粉碎性骨折的临床治疗效果。方法 胫骨结节处纵形切口 ,长 4cm纵形切开髌韧带 ,在胫骨结节上方打开髓腔 ,适当扩髓后 ,置入髓内钉 ;用C型X线透视确定在髓腔内 ,复位满意后 ,依次锁定远、近端锁钉 ,术后不用外固定。结果 2 4例患者平均随访 12个月 ,全部骨折痊愈。结论 闭合性复位胫骨交锁髓内钉内固定对胫骨粉碎性骨折的治疗是十分理想的方法

| Abstract: | Objective To study the intramedullary interlocking nail intemal fixation in the closure reduction treatment of tibia comminuted fracture.Method Tibia nod locus with 4cm incisions pass patellar ligament in nail;closure reduction excellent with"C"arm X-ray then locking nails one by one and not external fixation.Result The 24 cases were followed average of 12 months the curative effects are definite fractures get healed.Conclusion The closure reduction treatment of tibia comminuted fracture with intramedullary interlocking nail internal fixation is an ideal method. |
