腓肠神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣的应用

摘    要:目的 报道一种修复足跟及踝部组织缺损的方法。方法 在应用解剖学基础上,根据腓肠神经及其伴行血管的特点,设计腓肠神经营养血管蒂小腿后侧逆行岛状皮瓣,用于修复足跟及踝部组织缺损。结果 临床应用14例,皮瓣最大为9cm×15cm,除1例远端部分坏死外,皮瓣均成活。结论 该皮瓣血供丰富,厚薄适宜,蒂长可达12cm,是修复足跟及踝部组织缺损的较好方法。

Abstract:Objective To report the method for repair of the heel and ankle.Method On the basis of applied anatomy,the reversed island flap based on sural neurovascular pedicle has been designed for repair of heel and ankle defects.Results The flaps have been used in 14 cases,the maximum size 9 cm×15 cm,and all flaps were survival compeletely except partial necrosis in one flap.Conclusion The blood supply of the flap is good.The length of pedicle can reach 12 cm.It is an effective method for repair of heel and ankle defects.
