从卫生服务组织者和提供者的意向分析看中医发展的危机

为了明确我国卫生系统内部对于中医的支持和发展力度,该文利用2340住各级卫生组织者、提供者的意向调查数据,运用单因素和多因素BinaryLogistic回归方法,分析了不同特征卫生服务组织者和提供者对于中医信任程度,结果显示虽然中国卫生服务组织者和提供者对中医没有任何偏见,但与西医相比,中医在其心目中的地位极低,仅仅是西医的一种简单的补充,在这种状况下中医发展任重道远,如何研究、总结和推广中医确有特效的治疗种类和范围尤其重要。

The crisis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in health care organizers and providers' opinions

In order to define health care organizers and providers' trust for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in health care system, the study analyzes the attitudes of 2340 health care organizers and providers to TCM. The finding demonstrates that 84.9% of all respondents would visit a Western Medicine (WM) doctor firstly when ill, only 15.1% would visit a TCM doctor; All these suggested that health care organizers and providers haven't a bias to TCM, their belief in it, compared with WM, is far lower and TCM become a simple supplement to WM; TCM has come to a crisis, which may influence its survival and development, and how support TCM to find its way, along which it can believed by more health care organizers and providers and make more progress, is becoming more important.
