摘    要:目的:建立大鼠事件相关电位P300的动物模型,寻找其解剖起源,探讨其与行为学的相关性。方法:将大鼠放入自制的P300测试箱中,记录顶叶P300。采用慢性植入电极同步记录颅内海马和顶叶的P300。分析P300潜伏时与电迷宫测试指标总反应时间(tTR)及错误次数 (NE)间的相关性。结果:①在动物顶叶记录P300,只有低概率的靶刺激能引出P300,而高概率的非靶刺激不能引出P300。②对同一只动物,靶刺激出现概率越低,P300波幅越大;保持靶刺激出现概率不变,仅改变靶与非靶刺激参数,仍然只有低概率的靶刺激能引出P300。③在海马记录到与顶叶具有相同潜伏时,但极性相反,波幅较大的负相波。④正常大鼠P300峰潜伏时与tTR及NE呈正相关,r分别为 0. 88、0. 83,P均<0. 05。结论:应用大鼠P300模型研究认知、记忆功能有重要参考价值,海马可能是P300的起源之一。

Abstract:Aim: To establish rat model of event-related potential P300, and explore P300 anatomic generator and the correlation with behaviorology. Methods: P300 were recorded at parietal in rats.The hippocampal and parietal P300 were simultaneously recorded by chronically implanted electrodes in rats.The correlation of P300 peak latency(PL) and behaviorology were analyzed. Results: P300 were only recorded during infrequent target stimulation.The target stimulation was more infrequent and P300 amplitude was bigger. Changing the parameter of the target and non-target stimulation, P300 were still recorded during infrequent target stimulation. The same P300PL were recorded at hippocampus ,but the polarity was reversed.The electric maze indictor had positive correlation with P300PL. Conclusion: The P300 in rats may be a valuable tool for exploration of cognitive function. Hippocampus may be one of the generators of P300.
