摘    要:N-酰基去氢丙氨酸衍生物,最近被推荐为新型抗辐射剂。本研究用体外培养细胞在乏氧条件下检验了其防护效应。结果表明:在低浓度下化合物无防护作用;在高浓度时则显示一定的防护效应。作者认为如果进一步改善其化学结构,使之增加水溶性而又不增加毒性,则可能有更强的抗辐射的效应。

Abstract:N-Acyl Dehydroalanine derivatives have recently been proposed as candidates for a new class ofradioprotective agent. The radioprotective effects on cell culture under hypoxic conditions were studied.The results showed: at low concentration the compounds showed no protective cffects; at high concentr-ation showed some protective effects. If the chemical structure of the compounds is modified with theaim to increase water solubility without compromising the cytotoxicity, the stronger protective effectwill be expected.
