| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE?To optimize the formulation of th e Qiyuejiangzhi tablets.?METHODS?The optimization of formu lati on for the excipients selected was performed by using orthogonal design and mult i-index compositive score method.?RESULTS?The optimized formu lation of the preparation is 50?g of sugar powder, X 50?g of exipient and 75 ?g of crystalline cellulose.?CONCLUSION?The formulation is r easonable and the molding of the tablets is good. |
