喜疗妥软膏治疗血栓性外痔的临床观察

【摘要】〓目的〓观察喜疗妥用于治疗血栓性外痔的临床疗效。方法〓73例患者随机分为两组,治疗组38例,采用高锰酸钾溶液坐盆+喜疗妥软膏外涂。对照组35例,采用高锰酸钾溶液坐盆+太宁软膏外涂。观察两组在治疗有效率的差异。结果〓治疗组有效率为86.8%;对照组有效率为65.7%。两组差异具有统计学意义。结论〓喜疗妥软膏对于血栓性外痔具有良好的疗效。

Clinical observation of effect of hirudoid on thrombosed external hemorrhoid

Objective To observe the clinical effect of hirudoid on thrombosed hemorrhoid. Methods Seventy-three patients with thrombosed hemorrhoid were randomized into two groups, therapeutic group （n=38） and control group （n=35）. The patients in the therapeutic group were treated with potassium hypermanganate and hirudoid and those in the control group were treated with potassium hypermanganate and compound carraghenates. The difference in effective rate between two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of therapeutic group was 86.8%, control group was 65.7%. The difference between two groups was significant. Conclusion Hirudoid is effective in treatment thrombosed hemorrhoids.
