| 摘 要： | 目的介绍中文版Peds QLTM MFS儿童多维疲乏量表(peds QLTM multidimensional fatigue scale,Peds QLTM MFS)的译制过程。方法按照正向翻译、反向翻译和量表填写时间和语义测试的顺序建立中文版Peds QLTM MFS儿童多维疲乏量表。结果量表的翻译过程较顺利,各年龄段患儿及父母认为该量表测量的主题是疲乏,语言通俗易懂,无歧义,8岁以上患儿完成1份问卷时间8~10 min;5~7岁患儿完成时间20~30 min。结论中文版Peds QLTM MFS儿童多维疲乏量表简单易行,可以用于测量癌症患儿的疲乏状况。

| Abstract: | Objective To adapt the PedsQLTM multidimensional fatigue scale（PedsQLTM MFS）into its Chinese version.Method The Chinese version of PedsTMQL MFS was formulated according to the order of forward translation,backward translation and patient testing.Results The translation was successful.The children and their parents reported the adapted Chinese version reflected the theme of fatigue,thinking that it was easy to understand,with no ambiguity.It took 8~10 minutes to finish the scale.Conclusion The Chinese version of PedsQLTMMFS can be reliable for measuring children’s fatigue. |
